Guarantee information.

Harmony have released the first transferable 10 year guarantee on any item that has been directly manufactured by them.The guarantee will cover fair wear and tear against the products and the installation for the length of the guarantee. If the current home owner sells the property we will allow them to transfer to guarantee into the new home owners name. The new home owner will have the remaining duration of the guarantee transferred to them. We will require the current home owner contact details including new contacts and the new home owners detail in order for the transfer to take place. Any claim on the guarantee will be assessed by a representative of Harmony, a judgement as to whether it is a product failure or fair wear and tear will be made and that judgement will be final. We will not accept any third party assessments regarding the claim and no correspondence will be entered into.
